Yale Law School Women in Leadership Conference
Kristen was a member of the "Women in the Public Sector: Education Policy" panel where she shared her viewpoints on education reform, sustainability in education, and emotional learning.

Kristen also hosted a workshop entitled “Social Entrepreneurship in a Green World: Taking Initiative.” The Workshop examined the overarching themes of globalization, social justice and environmental sustainability. In addition it reviewed how to start a green business. Kristen also talked about her work with the U.S. Partnership for Education for Sustainable Development, a fifteen-person K-12 Sector Team that examines current sustainable education policy at a national level.
